Three Team Members Awarded on Staff Renewal Day
Covenant Community Care is proud to celebrate three outstanding team members recognized by the Michigan Primary Care Association for their dedication and impact in community health.
MPCA presented these awards at October’s Staff Renewal Day:
- Jazmine Miller, Director of Healthcare Operations, received the 2025 Distinguished Service Award, honoring her significant contributions to the success and growth of Michigan’s health center community.
- Dr. Lisa McIntosh-Rosol was awarded Care Team Member of the Year, a recognition established in memory of Linda Hutchinson, celebrating the compassion and commitment health center professionals bring to patient care every day.
- Saymarie Garcia, Mobile Dental Supervisor, received the Quality in Community Health Award, recognizing her leadership in advancing quality, performance improvement, and equity in care.
Together, these honorees exemplify Covenant’s mission to serve with excellence, compassion, and community.
