Our promise is to provide quality health care to all, regardless of a patient’s insurance coverage or ability to pay. Our goal is to make it easier for you to make appointments, get answers to your health care questions, and take charge of your personal health.
Discount Policy
We offer sliding fee discounts to low-income patients with out insurance or inadequate insurance. Please ask to see our Benefits Coordinator for determining your sliding fee discount. Sliding fee discounts are determined based on your family size and income.
Patients will not be denied services based on their inability to pay.
