Covenant Community Care provides medical services to the Metro Detroit community regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Our primary doctors are available for the whole family from birth to aging adults with expertise and compassionate care.

Covenant Community Care’s Primary Care is your answer to quality, local doctors who are committed to caring for the whole family.
Our Primary Care Providers (PCPs) specialize in care from birth to aging adults. Primary Care is an essential part of overall health and Covenant’s Community Care’s PCPs provide quality compassionate care for the entire family.
As part of our commitment to caring for patients regardless of their ability to pay and removing barriers to care, Covenant Community Care’s primary doctors can provide an array of medical services including:
- Primary Care Provider visits and annual exams
- Blood draws and lab work
- Vaccines for the whole family
- Health education to empower patients facing illness
- Diabetes care management support
- High blood pressure management support
Covenant Community Care accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Most patients without insurance are able to pay between $20-$50 per visit based on family size and income.
