What does this mean for me?

Covenant Pharmacy is expected to open in Late 2026.

Until then:

• Your current pharmacy will continue filling your prescriptions through the end of August.
• After that, you may use any pharmacy you choose while we complete the transition.
• We will let you know when Covenant Pharmacy is ready to begin serving patients.

Where can I get my prescriptions during the transition?

You may fill your prescriptions at any pharmacy you choose. For your convenience, we’ve included a list of nearby pharmacies:

Will my medications or costs change?

Your provider will continue prescribing the medications you need.

Your medication cost depends on your insurance coverage and the pharmacy you choose. If you notice higher out-of-pocket costs or need help finding the most affordable option, please call your Covenant clinic. One of our nurses will be happy to help.

Will there be any delays?

While we complete the transition, there may be occasional temporary service changes. Our team is working hard to minimize disruptions and help ensure you receive your medications safely and as quickly as possible.
