Covenant Community Care offers affordable, quality primary health care for the whole family. Visits for uninsured patients cost between $20 and $50, depending on your family size and income. The cost of the visit covers all services offered by CCC, including:
- Visit with Primary Care Physician (PCP)
- Blood draw and lab work
- Required Adult Replacement Vaccines that you qualify for
- Diabetes and other health care issue education.
