WELCOME TO COVENANT COMMUNITY CARE, INC. a faith based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing primary health care to the uninsured and underinsured of Southwest Detroit. This is an area of the city that has 15,000 residents that have limited services but unlimited need. We are supported by a number of churches as well as many individuals and medical professionals. Our commitment is to be a permanent provider of services and to expand those services as needs become known and resources are available.
Covenant Community Care relies on key partners including Southwest Solutions, Beaumont Hospitals, the Kresge Foundation, the McGregor Fund and the Covenant Ministries of Benevolence as well as many other funders and partners to care for the sick in our community.
