WELCOME TO COVENANT COMMUNITY CARE, INC. a faith based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing primary health care to the uninsured and underinsured of Southwest Detroit. This is an area of the city that has 15,000 residents that have limited services but unlimited need. We are supported by a number of churches as well as many individuals and medical professionals. Our commitment is to be a permanent provider of services and to expand those services as needs become known and resources are available.
A recent development has joined the forces of the West Grand Boulevard site of CCC and the Waterman Street site of SWS. CCC will be the primary medical health care provider and SWS is a human services, housing and economic development provider. The collaborative plans to operate its integrated primary, dental, and behavioral health care clinics and pharmacies at the joint locations.
