Covenant Community Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), but what does that mean? As an FQHC, we are funded under section 330 of the Public Health Service Act by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), a division of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHS). Our federal funding supports many required expenses in our organization, including having a CFO, the adoption of Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Dental Records (EDR), however the demand for our services goes well beyond what our federal grant can support – in short, we still need your help!
